Admission is open to all Indian Students on the basis of merit according to seats available at the discretion of the principal subject to the rules and regulations of the Education Ministry, Sharjah. The students of other nationalities will also be Considered eligible depending upon the availability of seats. New admissions are generally accepted in the beginning of the academic year i.e. April.
A student who has attended any recognized school shall not be admitted without School leaving certificate which should be- Counter signed by educational authorities in India (AEO, DEO) Attested by the Embassy/Consulate General of India in UAE Attested by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of UAE.

- Birth certificate of the students seeking admission for Kindergarten and Grade 1 (Original and 1Photocopy)
- School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate duly attested (as applicable to Ministry Rules). [Original duly attested and 1 photocopy]
- Passport size photographs: 5 Photographs
- Progress Report/Statement of marks of previous examination. (Original and 1 Photocopy)
- Conduct certificate from the institution last attended (not required for KG section)
A student from any of the local schools seeking admission should get the school leaving certificate attested by the respective zones of Ministry of U.A.E.
The parent of any student who wishes to withdraw his/her ward should fill in the withdrawal form.
