The Russian International School in Dubai is the only school in the United Arab Emirates where Russian educational programs are taught and the federal policy of the Russian Federation in the field of general education is consistently implemented.
The school educates children from Russia and the CIS countries – Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Belarus, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Lithuania. Favorable conditions have been created for all of them to achieve the appropriate educational level, personal development, and preserve national and cultural identity; Students develop a positive attitude towards the Russian language, which is the national heritage of Russia.
The priority area of the school’s activity is to ensure the modern quality of education on the basis of maintaining its fundamentality and compliance with the current and future needs of the individual and society:

Admission rules
Documents required for admission to the school:
For all applicants:
- Copy of the child’s Emirates ID (both sides).
- Copy of the Emirates ID of one of the parents (both sides).
- Copy of the child’s passport.
- Copy of the child’s resident visa.
- A copy of the passport of one of the parents.
- A copy of the resident visa of one of the parents.
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- Copy of birth certificate in English.
- A copy of the translation of the child’s birth certificate into Russian (if the original birth certificate is not in Russian).
- Photo chart of the child.
- Extract from the medical record of vaccinations in English.
Additionally for applicants to grades 2 – 9:
- Student’s personal card.
- A copy of the personal card or report card for the last academic year and its translation into Arabic or English, certified by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE Embassy located in the country from which the child came.
Special requirement for applicants to grade 10:
- Student’s personal card.
- A copy of the certificate or report card for the 9th grade with grades and its translation into Arabic or English certified by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE Embassy located in the country from which the child came, as well as the Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Special requirement for applicants to grade 11:
- Student’s personal card.
- A copy of the certificate or report card for the 9th grade with grades, a copy of the report card for the 10th grade and their translation (each document is translated and legalized separately) into Arabic or English, certified by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE Embassy located in the country from which the child came, as well as the Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
