Parents seeking admission for their child have to complete and submit the online registration form .Â
Admission for PRE-KG
- As per KHDA, child registering for the academic year 2024-2025 will have to be 3 years old by 31st March 2024.
- Underage children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from KHDA.
- Admission will be granted only after an oral assessment with the child.
Admission for KG 1
- As per KHDA, child registering for the academic year 2024-2025 will have to be 4 years old by 31st March 2024.
- Underage children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from KHDA.
- Admission will be granted only after an oral assessment with the child.
Admissions for KG 2
- As per KHDA, child registering for the academic year 2024-2025 will have to be 5 years old by 31st March 2024.
- Underage children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from KHDA.
- Admission is granted after an oral assessment.
Admissions for Grade 1 to 12
- As per KHDA, child registering in Grade 1 for the academic year 2024-2025 will have to be 6 years old by 31st March 2024.
- Underage children shall not be admitted as per the instructions received from KHDA.
- Admission is granted based on the previous and current academic year reports and oral assessment.
- All admissions are subject to approval by the Ministry of Education
- No provisional admission will be granted.
Admission timings:
- Monday – Thursday – 08.30 am to 3.00 pm
- Friday – 08.30 am to 10.00 am
- Sunday – 09.00 am to 12.30 pm
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission
- One copy of the Birth Certificate (English or Arabic only)
- One copies of the child’s passport, Valid Visa & Emirates ID
- Three passport size photographs
- One copy of parent’s passport, visa and Emirates ID.
- One copy of the vaccination card.
- One copy of the original mark sheet of the last examination
- Students seeking admission to the school from Grade 1 and upwards should bring a copy of final report of the previous academic year and mid-term report of the current academic year.
- Parents are requested to bring the original documents (Birth Certificate & Passports) for verification of the same, at the time of admission.
Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, IN ENGLISH ONLY, should be attested as per the guidelines given below:
- For students coming from Emirates other than Dubai, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the educational authority of that Emirate.
- For students coming from Gulf countries, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education located in that country.
For students coming from outside of UAE:
- The Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Education Officer of the Zone / District / Area, from where the TC has been obtained.
- For students coming from CBSE/ICSE Boards the certificate should be attested by concerned Regional officers.
- The seal and signature of the Education Officer/Regional officer has to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and Foreign Affairs Ministry in UAE.

- The fee structure, subject to the KHDA approval, may be revised.
- Tuition fee has to be paid by the 5th day of every month.
- If a Parent requires a Transfer Certificate (TC), he / she must give one month’s written notice to the admission office.
- The school will issue Transfer Certificate (TC) only when all outstanding dues are paid.
- If any additional payment is to be made for any specific reason, it shall be intimated to parents by way of advance information.
- Transportation service from / to Ajman is not available.
