Registration & Entry Requirements

1. There will be a consideration to the school entrance age.
2. Students who passed the written Entrance Exam in English, Mathematics & Arabic Language from
grade 1-12 as well as an interview with the Head of Section. At the Early Childhood, Children passed
an assessment process before admission.
3. Submit the following documents:
• (3) Recent colored passport size photographs.
• Copy of the birth certificate.
• Copy of the vaccination card.
• Copy of the students’ passport with a valid residence visa for non UAE citizen.
• Copy of the family book (for the UAE Citizen) Or Copy of Mother’s Family book Log (Emirati Mothers)
• Original Student’s Emirates ID.
• Original Parent’s Emirates ID.
• Medical file of the student from the previous school.
• The student’s last report card + transfer certificate
 (For students transferring from a school that is located in the Sharjah Zone, the certificate should be
attested by the last school attended for the following grades (2 to 9), last two report card for students
from grade 10 to grade 12.
 For students transferring from another Emirates in UAE, the certificate should be attested by the last
school attended and the education zone of the emirate for the following grades (2 to 9), last two report
card for students from grade 10 to grade 12.
 A final report card of the last 2 years will be required from students who are transferring from a
different curriculum for the following grades (Nine to Twelve)
 If the student is transferring from a school located outside the UAE, the ministry Education, The Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and the UAE consulate should attest the reporting the country where the school was
located, last two report card for students from grade 10 to grade 12.
