The FAA Operates a series of accredited programs for UAE Footballing staff members. Courses operate in both  Nontechnical fields such as leadership development, Executive Management, Finance, Governance, Marketing & Media.

But also span into Technical and specficified programs such as Talent ID, Child Safeguarding and more

Developing the sports environment in support of football to achieve global achievements by investing emerging talents and community service, by applying international standards of professionalism and institutional excellence.

To offer support tools for club and private academies to develop in the UAE.

The FAA also operates the official UAE FA Academy Cup at the UAE Football Association. The FAA’s vision is to enhance Academy’s support and to encourage growth in the UAE.
