• The Student’s original Emirates Identity Card and a copy of the parent’s Emirates Identity Card.
• Copy of the student’s and parents passwords with relevant, including valid visa pages.
• 6 passport size photographs of the child.
• Photocopy of the original mark sheet/report card of the last examination passed at the previous school (translated to English if necessary).
• A copy of the Municipal Birth Certificate or an affidavit duly attested by the Consul General of the respective country.
• 2 copies of the students’ Health Certificate and Vaccination Card.
• A Copy of the Family Book ( for UAE nationals only)
• Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate from the student’s previous school from KG 2 and above, if a student is being transferred from a local school, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by the Ministry Of Education, UAE.

For students coming from outside the UAE, the following order of attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate:

• The Transfer Certificate has to be verified by the Education Officer of the Zone/District/Area, from where the TC has been obtained.
• The seal and signature of the Education Officer has to be attested by the respective Consulate in UAE.
• The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE is to attest it.

For students coming from Gulf countries other than UAE,                                                                                   

• Attested by the respective consulate of the gulf country.
• Attested by the Ministry of Education of the gulf country.
• Stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the gulf country
• Stamped by the UAE Consulate / Embassy located in the gulf country

For students coming from Emirate other than Fujairah                                                                                  

• The Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education of that Emirate.
