We offer the National Curriculum of England to students in a personalised way, integrating the local community and environment. Our secondary opened in 2019/20 academic year with Years 7 & 8. Year 9 opens in 2020/21 and the school will grow by one additional year group per new academic year moving forward.

Aspen Heights British School is an inclusive school which welcomes students of all abilities and backgrounds, providing a supportive and international environment for your child to grow in.
Each child will be invited for a short playdate or assessment (depending on their age), as part of the application process.
Children will be placed as per their age on 31st August for Nursery (FS1) to Year 2, and according to their next progressive year group for Year 3 upwards. Please see the below table for Grade to Year Group comparison.
Step 1
Submit Your Application
Make an application online by clicking here. Once your application has been successfully submitted you will receive an automated confirmation email. We will then contact you and ask you to submit copies of the following documents to support your application(s):
- End of year school report
- Nursery reports (if applying for Nursery, FS2 & Year 1)
Step 2
Assessment
Once we have reviewed your application, if appropriate, you will be invited to attend either a playdate for students applying for Nursery and FS2, or a short assessment for students applying for Years 1 and above. Once the playdate/assessment has taken place we will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.
Step 3
Securing Your Child’s Place
Once you receive a formal offer you will have 10 days to accept, sign and return the acceptance offer. When we receive the signed acceptance you will then be issued a registration fee invoice for 5% of the annual fee, or the full term fee, dependent on the time of year the offer is made. The registration fee of 5% of the annual tuition fee is deductible from the first term’s school fees. Should the student not attend Aspen Heights the registration fee is non-refundable.
Within the offer letter you will find a list of essential documents that are required to be submitted within 10 days. We require these documents to register your child with the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEK).
Your child’s place will be confirmed on receipt of payment and the submission of all requested documents.
Moving to Abu Dhabi?
We can help you make a great decision about the best schooling for your child. School places are filled very quickly, especially for ages 3 –10, and you can reserve your place before you even move. You will need to provide us with a copy of your child’s passport and proof of their year or grade in their current school. Out of country applications should be supported by the child’s most recent school or nursery report.
