1. A student seeking admission should fill in the
registration form available at the school
reception or on the website
http://www.alansarschool.net.
2. A written test (Admission Assessment) is
compulsory from KG-2 to grade 12; Admission
to KG-1 is based on verbal skills only (Parents
are requested to bring the KG-1 students to the
interview before completion of registration).
3. An Interview with all Student between Grade 6
to Grade 12 is compulsory.
4. All documents (listed below) must be submitted
within one week from the date of completing the
application form.
5. All candidates who have been ACCEPTED can
visit the REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT to
complete enrollment.
6. Candidates on the waiting list should contact the
Registration Department on the date given.

1. The Principal / Vice Principal has the sole
authority to accept or reject any application
without disclosing any reasons.
2. Filling the admission form and qualifying for
the test does not guarantee a right to
admission.
3. Admission will be cancelled if the
Registration is not completed within one
week from the announcement of acceptance.
4. Admission will be cancelled if the required
paperwork is not completed within the
stipulated time.
5. Parents whose children are already in the
school cannot claim right to admission for 
their other children.

1. Copy of valid Emirates ID for the Student. (Original ID is
required in case of new admission).
2. Copy of valid Emirates ID for the Father/Guardian/Sponsor.
3. Copy of the applicant’s passport with at least a 6 months
valid visa.
4. Copy of the Father’s/Guardian’s /Sponsor’s passport with at
least a 6 months valid visa.
5. Copy of Kholast Al Qaid for LOCALS ONLY.
6. Copy of Birth Certificate
7. Copy of Vaccination Card.
8. (6) Passport Size Photographs.
9. Financial Clearance letter from the previous school.
10.School Continuation Certificate shows the ministry student
Number.
11.Last Student’s Report Card attained from the previous
school.
12.Certificate of GOOD CONDUCT from the previous school
13.Filling the New Admission Form.
14.Filling the New Admission Medical Form.
15.The previous Medical File.
Note: Parents of KG-1 students are hereby informed that the
Original Emirates ID card should be presented / submitted
to the Registration Department, between, March (01 to 24)
of the current calendar year, failing which, the child(s)
admission / registration will be withheld / cancelled.
